Any predictions on point values for Hawaii Resort??

My husbands dream vacation is to go to Hawaii, that was a big incentive for him to buy into DVC. We would love to go in 2011-2012 for our 25th wedding anniversary. I know we have enough points to use the RCI exchange for a two week stay. Does anyone have any idea what the point values might be for the new resort?? I would much rather stay there than a condo. Any thoughts? :mickey:

If I had to guess, I would expect it to be similar to the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian.
