Late morning Cape May ADR

We have 10:55 ADR's for Cape May Cafe during our stay, and I noticed that they close at 11:00 a.m. Will we be rushed, or will they be putting food away while we are there?

I don't think we have ever been rushed to eat any where at Disney. Both time I ate here we ate late and were in no way rushed. I do remember them telling us they would be taking down one side of the buffet but there was plenty food still avaliable. Same with the characters they know that they haven't been to your table and they don't make you leave before you have seen them all.
