MNSSHP - "Boo To You" question...

We attended Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party last year for the first time, in fact it was our first time at any of the special ticketed parties.

We really enjoyed it, and had a wonderful time. We alse enjoyed the special parade and fireworks show.

My question is, if we attend again this year, do they change the Halloween Parade and fireworks shows from year to year, or will they be the same?

I have the music from "Boo To You" as a ringer on my phone, and it brings up a delightful memory every time it rings. Will I be hearing the same songs this year, or all new ones?

Just wondering, even though it is a long way off yet (196 days).

Good question. I've been many times and I think they are the same. But I never remember anything, it all seems like new to me when we go. Bump:thumbsup:

We have gone the past several years, and I think it has been the same. The parade may change just a little, but it is still awesome (especially the grave digger routine). I can't wait until we can order our tickets.

I believe it's been the same since about 2006. 2004 was definitely different and much better IMHO. There will probably be a change to one float, but that's about it. Now that they are selling the music, I wouldn't expect much change at all to Hallowishes.

Unless they changed it this year, it's the same as 2006. Went in both 2006 & 2008.

Typically, they just tweak things a little bit. So you might get a new parade float or maybe a couple that are updated. But the main parade theme should stay the same.

Also, the fireworks tend to improve a bit each year.

OMG!! It took me about 2 months to get "Boo to You" out of my head - seriously - I would go to sleep and wake up with singing "Boo to you and you and you and you and you and you and you and you ...Happy Halloween" and now Guess What?? I can't get it out of my head again!!! ha ha. But wow - gets me excited to go again. We went in October and although we got SOAKED with a torrential downpour at the beginning - LOVED the parade!! I HOPE it's the same as last year. It was fantastic!

Thanks for this thread...you just talked me into going. We just went to WDW in Jan and going again for Half marathon again Jan '10. It is really hard to justify another trip to WDW in this economy but a quick weekend trip in early October with these accolades...why not?

They did edit part of the fireworks out last year, but other than that, there shouldn't be any changes made. By the way, that song is CONSTANTLY stuck in my head! :mpumpkin:
