The following is the preview menu released for Sanna.

Sanna is scheduled to open May 1, 2009 at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Sanna has been announced to participate in the 2009 Disney Dining Plan as a Table Service location.

Sanaa Wine Story

Each food item on the menu will paired with a specific food friendly wine. In some cases there is more than one wine listed. The wine which is listed at the top is regarded as the most favored match. However, everyone's palate is unique and therefore there are additional wines suggested which work equally well in the pairing. We have created some special wine flights for you to enjoy from an assortment around the world. These flights highlight unique components and style which best compliment the flavors contained within each dish.

In order of appearance:



Lamb Kefta with Tamarind and Papaya Sauce.
Mustard seed-crusted Scallops with a coconut cream suace.
Dum Biryani, Fresh vegetables and basmait rice, wrapped in bread dough served with pineaple raita.
Grilled Flank Steak, with spinach and mushroom pancake served with oven-dried chutney.
Spice-Crusted Cornish Game Hen with turnips and cherries.

Tandoori Chicken served with basmati rice or seven-grain pilaf.
Tandoori Lamb Chops served with bsmati rice or seven-grain pilaf.
Banana Leaf-wrapped Sustainable Fish with ginger and pickled lime served with basmati rice or seven grain pilag.
Grilled Pork Chop Loin, glazed with pickled lime and ginger served with sauteed spinach.

Everything sounds yummy!! I guess now instead of going to Jiko we'll have to check out Saana!! Sorry to say, we were getting bored with Jiko -- sad, very sad to say! Hopefully the setting is similar, b/c I do like the setting of Jiko!

Wow this place just went from a might try place to a must try place for our next trip. It looks wonderful inside and the food looks great too.
Anyone else ever feel like you want to add on more days to your trip just to fit in all the places you want to eat at?
