Tax rate at Disney restaurants?

Can anyone tell me what the tax rate is on meals at the Disney restaurants? We'll be on the DDP, but I'm trying to get a general idea of what we'll need for tip money for our trip in May and want to make sure I factor the taxes into the total estimated cost of our meals. I believe it is 6.5% for most locations.

I think the All-Star Resorts are in a different county and have a tax of 7%.

FLorida, like many high tourism states, makes its money off the tourists. I don't think they have an income tax - we fill the state's coffers instead.
