My 2 year old daughter might be 35 inches (the required height for Goofy's Barnstormer roller coaster) when we visit, but do they let 2 year olds ride. I think I read somewhere that they had to be at least 3. Is this true? Will they let her ride? I understand if it is for safety reasons.

My DD turned 3 on our trip when we were there last month. The first day of our trip we went to MK and she was still 2 and they just ckd her height and she made it and off we went for her first rollercoaster ride. She loved it!!! It's been a little over a month now, and she still says, "daddy, do you remember when we went on Goofy's Barnstormer? I liked that ride. I want to go on it again!" :mickey: As long as your DD reaches the height requirement you should just be fine. Have a great time!

My ds is 2.5 and just barely made it height-wise but no one asked about his age. He rode it twice and kept asking to ride the rollercoaster again and again :D

I first rode it with my 6 year old, and it scared me a lot more than it did him. Took me a couple of turns to get used to it.

We just took our 2 year old on Gadget's Go-Coaster in Disneyland, which is basically the same ride.

No issues.

There shouldn't be issues with the ride...only if your child doesn't like coasters. We've been taking our youngest on the Barnstormer since he was 2 (actually he has even been riding TofT since he was 2). He LOVED them....now, at 5, he's a little more timid. I wouldn't be afraid of the Barnstormer for safety issues. Have a great trip. :mickey:

I took our youngest DS on that ride when he was 2. He met the height requirment and we were on our way-very special since it was his "first rollercoaster ride"...he has never forgotten it! (but won't go back on, because he's now 7 and it's too tame!)

Thanks for all of the input. She is 34 inches now and will be 2 in April. We are going in June. Hopefully she can ride.

My DS turned 2 in March and we went in June. He just reached the required height and rode two times and wasn't very happy he couldn't ride it anymore. He loved it!

My daughter was 2 also the first time she rode it and loved it! She wanted to do it again as soon as it was over :)

They never asked my daughter's age, even if that might be written in the Restrictions, IF you feel he/she can handle it, then go for it. My daughter loved it, she rode with both me and my husband, Chanted again, again, again.:mickey:
