Any suggestions on how to land a cancellation for any meal at the Castle? Dining reservations says to call back, but are there any tips out there as to when is a better time to catch a cancellation? Coming next weekend, the 27th, but have been calling forever and they are booked!

1) Early evening is good.
2) Most people cancel after work or after dinner.
3) I would also try at 9:45pm before phone closing.
