is it true space mountain is closed or under rehab and when will it re-open?

when will we know who is on for eat to the beat for the epcot food and wine festival?
will peabo bryson be tried again?

Space Mountain will be closed beginning April 19 and will remain closed at least through the end of 2009, though most are expecting it to be down for 12 months or so. It's a pretty major overhaul of the ride.

The performers for the F&WF usually are announced sometime during the summer. No word on who might be coming right now.

I could swear that I saw a list of performers on the WDW site. I'll look again when I get a chance. If I find it, I'll let you know.
