Restaurants picked out, tell us what you think - What time can I call?

So our 90 period is marked by Feb 12th. I was wondering is the dining line open 24 hours a day?? Can I call at midnight (they're in the same time zone as us) or do I have to wait until tomorrow morning?

So far for our 6 night stay we have picked out:

For sure:
Le Cellier
Ohana
Brown Derby

Can't decide: (for dinner)
Bistro de Paris (maybe) (what do you think of this place?)
Raglan Road (maybe, our usual tradition)
Tokyo Dining

The dining line begins taking calls at 7 am Eastern time each day. I believe they close around 10 pm each evening.

You'll have to wait until tomorrow morning to make your ADRs. Nice choices so far! :thumbsup:

Those are great picks! I tried Bistro de Paris for the first time this past year and I enjoyed it. The food did not disappoint. Bon Appetit!
