What Room To Request At Ssr?

Will be spending 5 nights at SSR in May with DW and 2 sons ages 2.5 and 6 months as well as my best friend, his girlfriend and his 7 year old daughter. I was wondering what section of SSR would people recommend staying at? I know certain areas are closer to DD and others are closer to the main pool. I have never stayed at SSR so I do not know much about it. Thanks.

We really liked our stay in the Grandstand Section! It is just a short walk to the main building, dining area, DTD boat launch, and the main pool. There is also a pool in that section, as well as all others, so we never used the main pool. The pool also had a drink kiosk, so we never had to go far to fill out mugs! The best thing about this section is we were always the first on the bus (so we always had a seat) and were also the first to be dropped off. We really had a nice stay here!:thumbsup:

If you really want to be close to DTD, then I would recommend the Congress Park Section. I believe that its a short walk from there.
