Disney credit card financing question -- anyone know?

I'm not really sure where I would ask this but I was curious if anyone knew what it was..

Our disney vacation package finally showed up on our Disney credit card statement with a 'instant disney credit' and 'statement credit' of $50 -- is this a typical discount that a lot of people get or something??? Does anyone know what it is??

The only thing I can think of is that it was a promotional offer and they gave you that credit when you booked your trip?? I think they gave a $50 onboard credit for the cruises. And I've gotten credit back for referring people to get the card. Don't forget to check all the things the card is good for when you go, I usually carry the insert they send with me, so I know where to shop, what tours are discounted, etc. Have a great anniversary!!
