how does one make reservations for the restaurants in the swan and dolphin?

You will LOVE bluezoo!

You can make ressies for the Swan/Dolphin resturants by calling (407) 934-1609 or you can make them online thru http://www.swandolphin.com/feedback/dining.html
You'll see question #7 on this page is "How can I make priority seating arrangements for meals?" and it will provide you a link to make ressies online.

However, just FYI, you hardly EVER need ressies @ the Swan/Dolphin resturants. Granted, we are just a party of 2 so perhpahs if we had a large party ressies would be recommended, however we stay @ the Swan every year, and generally call down like 10-20 mins before we're ready to eat to make sure they have availability, and we've never had an issue.
