Had it and loved it! I think it was actually called "citrus," so I think this is what you're talking about.

I'm looking forward to trying it in the next day or so. Can you get the citrus swirled with the pineapple?

From Tidbits January 2009 (http://www.intercot.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=148051)
Aloha Isle has further revised its menu to more fully incorporate its new Dole Whip flavor. The location's soft serve menu items are listed as follows Pineapple Dole Whip, Vanilla Dole Whip, Pineapple-Vanilla Swirl Dole Whip, Citrus Swirl, Pineapple Float, and Pineapple-Orange Float. The Pineapple-Orange Float is descried as "Orange Dole Whip with Pineapple Juice". The Citrus Swirl is described as "frozen orange and vanilla soft serve"; it has not been reported if the Sunshine Terrace still serves the Citrus Swirl or not. Oddly, Orange Dole Whip is not listed as a menu option although they clearly use it to make the Pineapple-Orange Float.

Thats crazy! But convenient - my husband prefers the citrus swirl at sunshine terrace where I prefer the dole whip - it be nice to get both at the same place.

Is it citrus dole whip or the same citrus you get by the Tiki Birds? To me that one is much more icy than dole whip.

I am actually salivating. I have been reading about the Dole Whip since I started coming her which was about 300 days out on our trip...we are down to 69. Is it wrong that I think I am looking forward to having one of these almost as much as anything else there?

NO! I did the same thing before my first trip...and I wasn't disappointed with the Dole Whip. I actually cried real tears when I went to get one our first night at Xmas at Mickey's Very Merry - and they had closed early for the pary.
