Making ADR's

With all of the changes going on with the Dining system,I'm kind of confused about ADR's now.If I'm staying onsite,how many days out can I make my ADR's?I have relatives staying offsite,when can they make their ADR's or is there no difference?We won't be doing TS together since I'm on the QSDP this trip but I may make one ADR just for my wife and myself for a quiet dinner on our first evening.

This is what I understand...If you are staying onsite, you can make ADRs at 90 + 10, meaning call at 90 days out and make ADRs for up to 10 days for your trip. Your relatives staying offsite can also call at 90 days out, but don't have the +10. In other words, they must call 90 days out from each ADR.
