Bread Pudding @ Ohanas

I just loved the Bread Pudding @ O'Hannas. I almost didn't try it since I thought how tasty can it be w/ bread. Tried it and was amazed in the flavor. The waitress said it was made w/ Coconut milk.

Does anyone have the WDW recipe for Bread Pudding @ O'Hanas?

Or any other O'Hanas menu recipes? Planning a Luau this spring/summer and would love to try to make some of those recipes?

There are good many recipes from WDW posted here (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/dining/recipes/default.asp) on INTERCOT's InfoCentral.

I'm trying my hand at making 'Ohana's bread (in my bread machine). Once I get that done, I'll be working on the bread pudding.
