We all have our favorite attractions for theming or excitement, but what is your favorite attraction that you always do to get a break from all the walking?

Mine is the TTA. Pretty much no lines and a nice breezy break. Also nice views of Tomorrowland and Cinderella Castle.

Total vote for TTA - it's literally the one ride you can put your feet up on, and on top of it, if it's not too busy, and the CM's are being nice, you can go around and around and around :)

Actually, hanuted Mansion is a nice one to sit back and relax on, if you do not mind the screaming noises near the end.

TTA is my first choice but COP is good as well. Only problem with COP is that it is way too comfortable with the air on and a cushy chair...if its at the end of a long week at WDW I tend to end up taking a nap instead of enjoying the show.

How about Dinosaur and Tower of Terror:D

In reality, I'd give another vote for the People Mover.

Other honerable mention's include Living with the land, Spaceship Earth, Pirates, COP, Energy, Railroad, Monorail, Malestrom, Hall of Presidents, Mexico boat ride, Muppetvision, Tom Sawyer, American Adventure, boat ride from WL to MK, the list goes on.

I think I have probably dozed off for a minute or two on every one of the previously listed attractions (except Dinosaur and ToT). And some peole say WDW isn't a relaxing place!

TTA and the Monorail.
When we were there in June of last year, we rode the monorail from TTC to Epcot and stayed on when we got to Epcot. We then looped and got of on the second go-round. While riding, we took a nice little nap.

Besides being one of the best attractions anywhere, ever, I love the Land boat ride. It is so relaxing and interesting.

The TTA is awesome!

Energy is a long retreat, but relaxing.

The "Walt Disney Railroad...scenic trip around the Magic Kingdom, ('board).

Boat ride from MK to Fort Wilderness.

obviously i have to throw my vote in for the TTA, like you were expecting. A trip wouldn't be the same without it. Like everybody's said, the views, the cool breeze, and the time to sit and relax make it a must ride at least once each visit.
I think I still would include the Mexico ride at Epcot, dispite it being marred by a recent revamp. It still is a nice little siesta. :D

I also wouldn't mind putting Pirates on this list, since it is a nice relaxing ride except for a little drop here and there. Plus, it's a ride that gives me that "i'm home" feeling.

I, too, enjoy TTA the most. With that being said, last year my wife was having trouble breathing(athsma) in the extreme heat and humidity. We went into The Tiki Room(our first time) and she was able to make a miraculous recovery. The air conditioning was just what the doctor oredered. The dole whips didn't hurt either.:mickey:

a lot of good suggestions, but for me the best spot to sit back and relax are on the Rocking Chairs on Tom Sawyer Island (when Aunt Polly's Dockside Inn is closed). Sitting there quietly rocking, watching the riverboat go by, and the people milling about on the other side of the river. In my opinion there's not a more relaxing spot.

Yes we love taking a break with seats and AC after a few rounds of long lines here are our choices:

COP in MK

Ellen's Energy Ride or American Adventure ( my husband and daughters both fell asleep last time, I was the only one awake) in Epcot

Great topic, and there are SO many!

My faves: PeopleMover and Impressions de France (amazing soundtrack).

This is a topic I bring up with people who ask our vacation advice. Rest is so important, especially when you're traveling w/ kids. I've told several folks about the ideal nap spots throughout the Parks.

My dad favors HoP for that as well as Impressions de France. :secret:

Shame it's gonna be closed when I go this summer. :(

I too am bummed about this. :( I think I'm more disappointed about TTA than SM.

Awesome I am glad that I am not the only one who loves to get on the TTA! I love it....I compare it to the Lazy river rides at water parks. My favorite thing is the view and the breeze! My littlest ones love getting on it. Sometimes if there is no line, we will just ask to stay on and go for another trip around Tomorrow Land. :secret: (Oh! and little ones usually fall asleep when you enter Space Mountain...it is a great refresher for you and the kids.)

Last year at EPCOT we went into the American Adventure for the first time. We sat in the back row and the show was very relaxing. So much so that my 10 yo DD had to shake me awake because I was snoring (I snore like a chainsaw) and said people were looking back at me. LOL. (sorry):secret:
