How do CM pick people to join in the opening of the Magic Kingdom each morning?:)

. . . have enthusiasm
. . . have a pleasant "Disney" look (no grunge, weird hair, etc)
. . . have outgoing personalities

Like Rusty said, you have to look like a Disney family. A CM manager will be quietly scanning the crowd looking for a good choice. If you want to be chosen look happy and enthusiastic, and wear some Disney related clothing.
