Man in Mill? on Tom Sawyer Island

My mother remembers seeing a picture years ago of an audio-animatronic man, possibly in one of the mills on Tom Sawyer Island. Could be WDW or Disneyland. We went to the WDW one few weeks ago and couldn't find him. Is he still there? I can't find anything about him on the internet. Does anyone know about him? Approx. location, link to a picture, etc. Any proof of his existence would be helpful.

There is a prisoner sleeping in the prison section of the fort. Perhaps that is what you are referring to. He's not really an animatronic, he just kind of breathes and snores.:sleepin:

Nope, we saw the prisoner and the men by the horses.

In August, we went on the River boat next to the island and I saw one on I think it was a dock. He was older, white hair and a white suit, possibly Mark Twain?? When I looked at him, I thought it was a real person at first!!
