Photopass questions...help

:mickey: Hello. I don't know if i'm posting this in the correct spot, but I'm needing help with contacting the photopass people. I've sent a few emails, and that is working, but very slow response....after yesterdays email I didn't even get the auto-generated response saying my email was received. Does anyone know of a phone number to reach these people?

Do call, the machine says they will get back to you in 3-5 days.... but they usually call within 24 hours.... getting your problem solved might take longer, I am still trying to get credit for an ornament I never received at christmas but they charged me for!:thedolls:
