Deciphering Passholder I.D. number

How do you do it? I remember entering it on the WDW website, but it took me several tries and don't recall what finally worked. I have it saved on the website, so I don't have to re-enter it each time.

There are so many numbers and letters on the back of my card, I don't know what my actual ID number is. I need it for a sweepstakes form I'm filling out.

Here is what I type in as my AP id (which on my card is the last line of letter/numbers right above the bar code):
three-letter caps, followed by the three numbers, followed by the date, followed by the ticket number (which is the last number of the string.)

Thanks so much! I think that's what I put in at first, and it makes sense. I reckon they could make it a bit easier, eh?
