Scoop Sandersen?

We are interested in meeting the pin guru at the Magic Kingdom, I believe his name is Scoop Sandersen, or something close to that. Does anyone know where exactly to find him and if he has a set posted schedule when he is out? Thanks!

I haven't heard Scoop mentioned lately, but admittedly I've been out of the pin scene for a while.

He's still there. I just saw him in December.

I'm not sure what his appearance schedule is like anymore, though. He normally appears in Expo Hall (or at least he used to), so I'd pop in there and ask.
