Should be DVC...not DVD...

I'm dialing 1-800-800-9800 for the past 2 days and I get a busy signal every time. All I need to do is set up Magical Express for our upcoming trip...has the number changed?!

Nevermind...I just kept hitting redial and finally got through after 14 tries...now I'm on hold for up to 25 minutes according to the recording.

I got through on my second try yesterday.

Just keep trying...it took me over an hour today to get through. I thought I had the wrong number too! The CM said that it's been very busy lately with an unusually high call volume.
Maybe they should have more people manning the phones when this happens...it is certainly frustrating!
I wonder if it's the RCI announcement?

It's the 11-month window for December ressies.

Same thing happened last year. Here's the Intercot thread:

I gave up on the 800 number and used the 407 number. It picked right up and I was on hold less than ten minutes the first time and less than fifteen the second time. These calls were made at 9:15 and 10:15 in the morning on a Monday. However, long distance is part of my phone plan there is no additional charge. I would recommend trying this or using your cell phone. Most plans include long distance.

ah yes, the 11 month window for December!
Good suggestion about dialing the direct 407 number too! I'll try that next time.:mickey:
