We've only done this once and I'd do it again in a minute! It's really a special occasion! You get to dress up; eat well; and be pampered!

The meal takes quite a long time. As you begin, it feels like the portions are quite small but I can guarantee that you'll be more than full by time you leave!

While the menu is small for each course, you do have some choices.

Service is impeccable! There are breaks between each course and, believe me, you need those breaks in order to digest a bit and consume more food!

We selected the wine pairings which were wonderful!

The meal ended with coffee and dessert with the coffee being prepared at your table.

I have to agree whole heartedly. My husband and I went in 1996 and had the absolute best time. We are going again in January and cannot wait. It is such an absolute special place to have a special meal. I'm just hoping it's still as great as it was 12 years ago!!:mickey:
