We are going in June and Disney has not released the EMH yet. Do they normally keep the historic days of EMH as in the past?

Usually. Historically they are the same Days of the week for the same parks. Although with all the cutbacks anything is possible.

I believe between Jan-March they will release EMH of the parks for June.
