Can you reschedule bounce back offer?

Hi all,

When we were in DW in Sept we booked under the bounce back offer for 2009 dates and free dining. These dates now will not work for us. Has anyone ever changed their bounce back offer dates and retained free dining?

It depends on availability. You'd just have to call and check.

I had to do that for our 2008 trip and actually had to make some changes to our 2009 bounceback trip.

Both times, I was initally told that they couldn't make the switch due to availability by the first CM I spoke with.

When I asked both if they could please speak to Guest services, they came back and were able to honor my request.
