Recipe for Planet Hollywood's Spinach Salad?

In August my sister had this really tasty spinach salad from PH and I really want the recipe but cannot find it anywhere. I know there was blue cheese and strawberries in it. does anybody know where I can find the recipe??

I did a search for Planet Hollywood's Spinach Salad recipe and here is what I got:

1 serving Baby Spinach
2 serving Strawberry
5 serving Grilled Chicken
0.5 serving Walnuts
0.3 serving Crumbled Blue Cheese
0.5 serving Tomato Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

I'm assuming a serving is an ounce.

If the serving sizes are diabetic/WW servng sizes, the spinach serving would a cup (making for a total of 5 cups), a serving of strawberries is 1.5 cups of fresh whole berries but that would be a whole lotta strawberries for this recipe; go with a small chicken breast (or 5 ounces); 2 Tbs walnuts; and maybe 1-2 ounces blue cheese (a serving of cheese according to WW is 1 ounce).
