Has anyone been able to retrieve photopass pictures after the 30 days? If you did, how? Who did you contact? Is there any hope for my pictures?

Photos are deleted after 30 days, unfortunately.

Generally, they are gone after 30 days. A few years ago, I received an e-mail from Disney that they were extending my time and I ended up with 60 days but that was something they did, I didn't ask.

I had this same question a year or so ago, I was given an extention when I called, but it depends on how long after the 30 days you are talking. I'll search to see if I can find the number.

Stand by...........

I found it. The answer to my question last August was to email photopass. There should be a contact us area when you are on the website. Give them as much info as you can and then pray. I received an email back stating it might take 5 days for a response, so be patient. I was given an extra 30 days. :mickey:

Let us know how it works out.

Unfortunately its only 30 days unless you are lucky to get that extension!

This is an interesting question. Our trip was back in October and my pictures were due to expire on November 20. Just last week I had an e-mail from Photopass saying that my final day was 12/20. Did I get an extension? I stopped looking at them when I received my cd in early November- and then again when I received my 2nd cd unexpectedly. I should look and see if they really are still there.
