Macbook + Bluetooth

I have a new Macbook and I'm trying to figure out to use bluetooth. My phone (a Sony Ericsson w580) also has bluetooth. It recognizes the macbook but can't connect to it? When I am on the Macbook I was trying to set up bluetooth to put the mobile phone on its list but it can't "discover" the phone. Any tips? Do I have to contact AT&T? How does it work?

It kind of depends on why you are trying to connect the computer and phone together ... lots of phone can't do data/file transfers via blue tooth, you can only connect to a blue tooth headset. Check your phone handbook and see what type of blue tooth connections it allows. Good luck.

Got it to work. One last question before I go transferring tons of files --- is there a fee for using bluetooth?
