question on passholder site

Husband and I just purchased AP's. I'm trying to log onto the Disney passholder site and I'm having trouble. I enter in my name, WMK:###
mm/dd/yy & tkt#5. The tkt# field can hold 5 digits, I've tried 5, I've tried 05, 005, 0005, &0005. What am I doing wrong?

Check to make sure your name is exactly as it appears on your pass. My autofill puts my middle initial which is not on the pass and it would not work for me. If your last number is 5 then you should just enter 5, mine is a 2 digit number and I just enter 2 digits. Hope it works for you.
