Reservation Status?

Hi I don't own DVC (yet) and I was just looking at the offerings at the time share store :cloud9:. There were a few that said points in reservation status and I was wondering just what does that mean? Thanks in advance :mickey:

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it means they already have a reservation made with some of their points.

Should you choose to buy their contract, I guess you'd have to negotiate out what happened with that reservation.

I agree with Ian. They are planning to make one more trip while they are in the selling process. You would need to verify if they are using banked or borrowed points, or current "Use Year" points so you know how many points will be available at the time of purchase if that is the one you are interested in purchasing.
