I was thinking about my upcoming trip to WDW today, and just thought about how I can't wait to see the Haunted Mansion and Pirates when I go! Those have to be two of my favorite dark rides in all of the parks. So my question is, what are your favorite dark rides in the parks?

Love those two. I would add Rockin Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror, too

RRC would be my 1st fave! But, let's not rule out EE, Spaceship Earth, or Space MT.

Oh yeah! I almost forgot about Splash Mountain! I can't believe I did that--it, too, is one of my favorite dark rides! But you know what's a bummer? It's going to be closed for refurbishment when I go. In fact, it's been closed for refurbishment the last couple of times I've been to WDW!

I love them all!!! :) Our family favorite right now is Peter Pan as DS#1 really thinks he is Peter Pan, or at least wants to be him when he grows up. I will NOT however, stand in this line for over 20minutes. FP or under 20min... that's my rule. Mean, aren't I???

Oh, this is tough, but my top 3 are:

1. HM
2. PotC
3. Tot

Splash is another favorite, so I guess I have to add that one, too!

this question has come up in the past and i always answer the same...mosty for sentimental reasons i choose peter pan:thumbsup:besides a little bit of 20k it's the only distinct memory i have of my very first visit to wdw as a kid.so now i always make it our first and last attraction w/each visit.
yup, i'm a tad crazy!!!

We love those two at night, but you should be certain to try both splash and big thunder mountain. We also enjoy a ride on the TTA to get a quick rest at night, it's a great view and never busy.
