Can I downgrade or swap a purchased ticket??

Here's my question. I bought myself and Ap but now I think I'll only be going this year and maybe not til later next year. I didn't exchange the Ap yet, can I just get me a 7 day hopper and use the leftover to upgrade my other tickets (my families that I have purchased as base tickets, no hopper) to hoppers?? Just curious. TIA!!!

Typically, they'll only add on to a ticket, not downgrade it. But, you can always ask - you never know when they'll make an exception.

Unfortunately, they will probably say that the voucher is good forever, yada, yada, yada... As mentioned, Disney really only likes to add options/dollars to ticket purchases.

I can see them saying YES if you wanted a premium annual pass, but NO if you say you want only a 7 day.
