I know they haven't done the Christmas show the last couple of years, but I just recently saw pics of the Country Bear Christmas show and wanted to know if anyone knew if they would be running that show this year? Here's hoping:mickey:

I saw the show just before Thanksgiving (after the refurb) and it was not the Christmas show. Bummer.

DId this attraction get a refurb? I saw it last January for the first time in 20+ years and was so underwhelmed.

I don't expect that it will ever return. I've heard that Disney doesn't want to pay the royalties to use some of the songs featured in the Christmas show.

When I was at the Magic Kingdom during the rehab, I asked a CM, who got a "suit" to discus this with me. He said that the Country Bear Jamboree's Christmas show is a thing of the past-never to return. On one hand, he sounded very sure of his response. On the other hand, as I was reminded last time I posted this, even "suits" don't always tell the truth.
