Pirates and Princesses party - when to go?

After reading all the posts about the Pirates and Princesses Party at MK our family is definitely going! But when to go?

From you seasoned Disney party-ers what is your recommendation? The two times it is offered during our stay is May 25th - Memorial Day night or May 30th - the Saturday after Memorial Day weekend.

What do you all think?

I would go the Saturday after Memorial Day since that weekend will most likely be less crowded than Memorial day.
