Spending your birthday at pofq

I read somewhere that if you stayed at a Disney resort, that you could request a birthday cake at check-in and they would delivered it to your resort room. Has anyone ever done this? And do you remember what it cost? One person said the front desk also brought cake plates, and balloons. Anyone know if that is included in the price or does the resort usually throw that in with it? Trying to budget this into my trip. Thanks! :thumbsup:

We've never done a birthday cake, but I believe you have to pre-order it and have it delivered (don't think you can do it when you check in). As for balloons, etc., sometimes the resort will do it and sometimes they won't. It depends on a lot of things.
