We are planning on booking the Safari Dinner through Grand Gatherings on our '09 trip but I'm having a hard time finding any specific information about it. What is it like? Is it worth using 2 table service credits from our dining plan? What food is serviced? We have a couple of picky eaters in our group and need to know if they are going to be able to find anything to eat or if we will have to figure something out for them? Any info would be great!!

We did the Safari Grand Gathering and liked it. We had eight people so we were put with another family that was very nice. If you have a lot of people you may have a vehicle to yourselves. On the safari, more things are pointed out and you are able to ask as many questions as you want. The dinner is at the Tusker House. They have music being played by a little band and Timon and Rafiki came. Most of the food is different. I am also a picky eater so took food from the kid section. There is a lot of different food and are filled with different spices. Overall we enjoyed it, but would try something else.
Hope this helps:mickey:
