While I wouldn't PLAN on it, it wouldn't suprise me to see Disney lift these restrictions to possibly help boost attendence. They did this post 9/11, and as announced, booking are down "considerably".

1) A pleasant (and "PC") way to understate the current WDW attendance problems.
2) Some say they are heading to or below post-9/11 levels.
3) There are some 2009 weeks that are fully booked.
4) For the remainder, one CM said she was waiting for "WL lobby echos".
5) Several DRC (ressie) CM's have spoken about the percentage of calls for cancellation.
