Yak & Yeti, T-Rex, and Rainforest

Yak & Yeti, T-Rex Cafe and Rainforest Cafe are al owned by the same company. I knew about T-Rex and Rainforest, but when I was looking at the website for the T-Rex menu I found that the same company owns Y&Y.

Dang. Last time we went, I trusted Disney completely to feed my food allergic kids but had heard mixed reviews of Rainforest Cafe. I guess that wipes out another option for us unless I believe the training and oversight is somehow going to be better at Yak & Yeti.
