Australia (the movie)

Hi gang,

Has anyone seen the trailer for the new film "Australia"? It stars Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman, and is directed by Baz Luhrman. I usually am not even interested in Luhrman's films, but this one has me highly intrigued. I get jazzed just watching the trailer! To me, it looks like an "Out of Africa" type film; it seems to have an sweeping epic sort of scale to it. I'm not sure if I'm making sense.

Anyway, it's out on Thanksgiving, so I'm just waiting till then. :) Hope it won't disappoint!

I am very excited about this movie. I like both Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman, and one of my very favorite actors, David Wenham, is also in it. It looks like a grand, sweeping, romantic tale, and I will be in heaven listening to all the Australian accents! :thumbsup:
