Just dessert?

We will be in WDW in Feb for a week. We already are gettting our dining plans finalized but there are some restaurants that we would like to go to that either will not fit into our day or budget for an entire meal.

Would it be crazy just to hit a couple other signature restaurants just to have dessert, so that we get to enjoy those places we wouldn't have gotten to?

Doesn't sound crazy to me! My wife and I will often do appetizers and dessert at these restaurants. It's a great way to experience the restaurant and enjoy the sweets!

Sure- it is indeed a great way to experience more places.
I would still suggest ADRs- even if just for dessert- for the most popular places. It's very tough to walk in just about anywhere these days.

Thank you, we will do the ADR's. Being a server myself, we will be going at hopefully what will not be "hot times" for that rest, as I would hate to take up a table for 4 for just apps & desserts. But yes, I'll still make our ADR's.
