Least crowded countries at F&W?

With our schedule it looks like we'll be in Epcot Friday night and Saturday too. What countries are the least crowded? What is a good plan for maneuvering?

I just got home yesterday-I was at the F&W Friday nite, 10/24. I remember that Canada, Germany, Boston, Ireland were very crowded. Lyon France and (my memory escapes me as to which place) the place that sold bay scallops weren't as crowded. I went about 6:45 and there was a long line at the crowded places, and either no one or a couple only at the two I mentioned. I wonder if the other places sold beer and the less crowded ones didn't. That's what I thought might be the reason that there was a big difference in how (un)crowded different places were.
