POR pool

Does anyone know how deep the POR pool is? My DD5 is a new swimmer and I am curious if she will need her water wings for our upcoming trip. Specifically the depth at the end of the slide. Do the allow water wings on the slide? Thanks!

I would guess 3- 3.5 ft deep at the end of the slide...The good news is that they have life vests for small children to wear while on the slide. Both my boys wore them when they were 3 and 5.

I think it's about 4 feet at the end of the slide. When we were there in Sept, no one said a word about my daughter wearing inflatable arm bands as she went down the slide.

Most pools will be 5ft 6in to 6ft at deepest point. The slides normally drop off into 4ft of water. We won't suggest someone to use a life vest unless we have to jump in and perform a rescue. As far as using water wings or a life vest, the currents coming off of the water slides is strong, so if you even have any little bit of doubt, being unsure if she can handle it, use the water wings.
