Hi guys.
We are selling our house and our attorney is doing up the deed and they say there is a problem with it because the property was never officially surveyed. My question is this:
We have refinanced this property twice and both times the attorneys did a warranty deed. Can anyone explain to me what exactly that is and does this mean that they are responsible for not catching the problem the two times they did the warranty deed?
Any info would be greatly appreciated. We are surposed to close on the house in one week from today and the buyers need time to approve the deed.
