When Epcot has evening EMH do the world showcases also stay open later?

I do believe so! I think I was in WS during EMH two summers ago. I know that El Rio del Tiempo was basically the only ride open there.

Mostly, no, not for counter service. Not to my experience. We thought we would enjoy some quick service dining after 9, but only the Tangierine Cafe was open until 11 and everything else was closed at 9 or shortly after 9. I have heard of different quick services being open on different nights, though. So chances are you will find food and drink at WS during EMH, but it may not be from the country you were counting on.
