Night out!!

We are using KNO for an evening, so that Husb and I can get away by ourselves.

The only reservation available at California Grill is at 9:30 (so we'll miss the fireworks)

Is there another MUST do? We enjoy seafood and steak ... (have the Dlx Dining Plan).

I'm wondering about swapping our ressies for maybe bluezoo or Rose & Crown?

Does anyone have any input on the best ambience ....

My advice is to take the CA Grill reservation and show up early for fireworks. If you have ADRs, they will let you go up to the observation deck for the fireworks. Depending on what time fireworks are for the evening, you can stay afterwards and have a drink while you wait for your table or watch fireworks, then leave and return for your meal. The view is so amazing. But if you opt against this, you could try Narcoossee's (great food and fireworks deck, maybe a more timely ADR). Flying Fish is really good at the Boardwalk, too. Bluezoo isn't on the dining plan.
