In searching for "snacks" I found a few posts saying that folks like the Lefse in EPCOT. What is this? Is it still available and if so, where? Does anyone have a picture?
Thank you.

Lefse can be found at the bakery in the Norway pavilion. It is a potato bread with cinnamon sugar.

I don't have a picture, but they look sort of like taquitos. You get 2 for $1.99. In addition to the cinnamon sugar there is also butter in the rolled up potato bread. I love Lefse.
Go to the Kringla Bakeri og Cafe (the little bakery next to the church). There will probably be a line.
Enjoy.

I used to live in a small town here in Washington that was built to resemble a small Norwegian town. The local bakery had Lefse. It looks like tortillas, but is made from potatoes instead of corn or flour. When I had it usually just had it with butter. The cinnamon-sugar sounds tasty too.
