Budget spiral good for vacation planning?

This is an odd thing to wonder, and I feel saddened for all the Intercotees that are hurting, but I wonder how the current financial crisis in our country will affect WDW travel? Better deals or Cut backs?

Disney has never weathered a financial storm like this. After 9/11 travel hit a nosedive, the Golden Years of Pop just sat there (and still does), there were shakeups every week on leaders in the park.

Does anyone know will Disney do anything to make it more attractive to vacation with them?

I'm not sure what you mean by Disney has never weathered a financial storm like this (they haven't folded or gone bankrupt before), but I think they'll do fine. We're not going, but it's not because of the economy. It's because Disney cut back all that stuff and then raised the prices. :mad: I'm doing my own boycott. Boy is it hard though. :blush:
