Life certainly hasn't been dull for me this year and full of things I never expected!!!!

Some of you know that I've been having heart issues for almost a year now. Long story short recently I was admitted to ICU and transferred by ambulance the following afternoon to UMass General over an hour away. Two heart cauterizations and pumped full of meds I came back home after a week. Good news is there were no major heart blockages or plaque but down side problem isn't fully resolved.

We had airline vouchers that were about to expire so we decided to make a very quick trip to WDW as a much needed spirit booster. So we are set to fly out tomorrow morning for a quick three day much needed respite.

This past Saturday, Pete took me out for a ride and pulled a big surprise on me. :secret: He proposed to me and I accepted!!!! I'm sporting an absolutely stunning engagement ring that fits like a glass slipper. Those who really know me know that I'm not speechless very often and I couldn't speak. :blush:

Our quick respite trip has taken on a whole new level of excitement.

Now I need to plan a wedding. :secret:
