Airline Check In at Hotel - ME needed?

Quick question - we finally are using an airline for our upcoming trip that let's us check in at the hotel. How does this work with our bags? Do we need to sign up for Disney's Magical Express on the way home or not? We are renting a car so we do not need ME, but would like to use the great feature of checking in and leaving our bags at the hotel. Any assistance is greatly appreciated :mickey:

You can check in with resort airline check in without using ME. We also rented a car and used the service just this morning. You need to contact bell services at least 3 hours prior to your planes departure, and they will take care of checking your bags for you.
