Selling membership?

Has anyone ever decided to sell their DVC membership for whatever reason? How was the process and how good of a return on your investment did you receive?

If you look at this forum sponsor, The Timeshare Store, you will get an idea of current resale prices. Returns vary depending on where you are selling as some places are more popular than others. Even so the prices for selling OKW 16 years on are still more than I paid for it. If the process for selling through the timeshare store is as easy as buying from them then i is very simple!
